Number of contractors demanded on disengagement between them and the government, and work to list and liquidate of all road projects in their possession .Then  the Ministers of Public Works and financial take procedures for re-announcement of these projects of roads through new tenders, whether those projects are  legal contracts  or projects which  the ministry  handed contractors under direct orders to carry out them.
