was established in Sana'a Yemen
Republic in 1990 , originally established as a company for Engineering studies and supervision services .(SEC) started work in the Engineering Consultant Services, and supervising, for the few years after establishment .After short time (SEC) gradually changed to be a contractor company carried out a lot of completed Projects of civil works, especially in the fields of :

-Housing private villas, normal domestic and Public buildings .

-Water supply, wastewater collection networks and wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) projects .

- Roadways, highways, and Asphalt work projects.In order to maintain highly customers satisfaction, (SEC) carried out and Performed all projects, with high sufficiency, accurate and finally effective costs, to reach the level of customer demands.The success of (SEC) depends upon its qualified and experienced staff which enabled it to be one of qualified companies which have abilities to implement huge projects in the country.
